FAQs

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AND LEAVE?

We recommend you arrive by the afternoon of Friday, June 12, in advance of our welcome party. Our last event is a farewell brunch on Sunday, June 14, which you are welcome to come and leave at your leisure, based on your travel plans.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

The bride and groom are staying at Hotel Coolrooms Palacio de Villapanés. We would love for you to stay there with us or any of the other hotels we've suggested on the “Accommodations” tab.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?

June in Seville is hot and sunny. Daytime temperatures typically reach the mid to high-90s °F, so expect plenty of warmth during the day. The sun doesn’t set until about 9:30 PM, but the evenings are much more pleasant, usually reaching mid-60s to low 70s °F. Because of the heat during the day, we recommend taking a Siesta in the middle of the day!

Where can we get hair and makeup done?

We recommend making an appointment at one of the below salons for hair and make up:

  1. Koupas — Schedule an appointment on WhatsApp at +34 647 99 70 55

  2. Victor del Valle— https://victordelvalle.com/

  3. Be&Co — https://www.belandco.es/

  4. El Corte Inglés —  https://www.elcorteingles.es/centroscomerciales/es/eci/servicios/peluqueria-de-hombre-y-mujer

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Welcome party: Euro Cocktail Attire | Wedding day: Black-tie Optional | Farewell Brunch: Come as you wish.

For some examples please visit this attire page.

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Our ceremony will be indoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be outdoors, where you will be walking on a mixture of gravel, grass and concrete, and we will move indoors for the dancing.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET TO SEVILLA?

Sevilla is easily accessible by both plane and train. Many find it convenient to fly into Madrid or Barcelona first, then take a short domestic flight or high-speed train (AVE) to Sevilla.

You can also fly directly into Seville Airport (SVQ), which offers connections from many major European cities. From the airport, the city center is just a 15–20 minute car ride away.

If you’re already in Spain, the AVE high-speed trains from Madrid, Barcelona, and other major cities provide a fast and scenic journey, arriving at Sevilla–Santa Justa station.
